DMCA Takedown Process for LesbianSins

- What we do: We list and embed videos hosted on other sites. If you request a takedown, we remove the video listing from lesbiansins.com. The original video stays on its host site, which handles its own removal process.
- Sending a notice: Send your DMCA takedown notice to our Copyright Agent using the contact form at contact page.
- What your notice should include:
- The exact URL(s) of the listing(s) on lesbiansins.com
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
- Your contact information
- A statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
- How we respond: We review complete notices within a few business days. If your notice is missing information, we will tell you what’s needed. We accept counter-notices under § 512(g). If a source repeatedly causes valid takedown notices, we remove it from our index.
